Right now, many of my students are sharing technology devices with other siblings in their household. There is currently a digital divide among zip codes in our school. Providing students will iPads would improve learning, and it would be on a device our students already love to use. Once we have the iPads, some apps can be tailored to let some students advance to the next skill while others take the time they need to learn the first skill. The iPad has increased students' performance in reading, and studies report increased motivation.
