I work at two schools in Las Vegas as an instructional coach My role is to work with teachers in order to find the best, most effective ways to teach and raise student achievement. The needs of the students at each school range from well-below grade level to well-above. Many of the students also speak English as a second language. They inspire me every day to work towards finding new and better ways to teach them. They are amazing!
