My students are fifth graders getting ready to head to middle school. It is vital that they learn to be independent, technology-savvy students before they enter the world of research projects and term papers. In order to be prepared for that next step as learners, they need access to computers to improve their research skills. The only way for them to truly be ready for the technological world they are about to enter is to have access to computers. They need to be able to navigate the Web and find information using search engines. The only way to truly learn these essential skills for today's world is to practice!

About my class
