We live in a rural area of Virginia and many families are making difficult decisions. Our school is quite small and resources are sparse. However, teachers and principals work to try to create a rich environment to expand the horizons of all our students. Many do not have Internet access at home so Scholastic Math is an excellent way to enrich and supplement their classroom materials because they can take the publication home to keep. The content is relevant to teenagers today and will captivate their interest. If we can receive a gift like this for our classroom, it would mean so much to these kids who have so little.
