I brought a mini cycle to class with the aim of helping one particular student I had with A.D.H.D. and found that it helped all the students. My administration bought me two more, but students have asked me to get even more so they don't have to wait so long to use a cycle. I have witnessed first hand that using the cycles helps them pay attention, think about what's going on in the lesson, and be good audience members, while still getting what they need from the lesson. Either they move it, (their bodies) or I lose it (their attention) after a certain amount of time.
