My students are energetic 6th graders who have a lot ideas and dreams. I work with a diverse group of students from different backgrounds and cultures. Lewis Frasier Middle School is in a military town so a lot of the students have experience living around the country or even in different countries. This environment helps me in teaching social studies because the students may have actually lived close to the environments that we discuss in class.
