I love each and every one of my students! They attend an inner city charter school in a neighborhood that is riddled with violence. All of my students are minorities from low income families. Most are the first or second generation from their family in the United States. Their parents work long hours every day to ensure that their children can be successful. The students themselves are respectful, lively, and extremely hard working. They put a smile on my face every day, and have made tremendous strides to improve their reading and writing skills.
