My students are kindergarteners, first graders and third graders who are now housed in a middle school since our school was flooded during Super Storm Sandy. They are students with language and articulation delays who are identified as Speech and Language Disabled. They are not all living in their homes, as they were flooded also. Some travel from many miles away to come back to school. Working in many different classrooms and not having a permanent classroom makes it more challenging for my students to learn and focus.
