The Little Mustangs are at-risk students who have qualified to receive a free preschool education. Monroe Elementary is a Title I school located in Colorado and is very diverse in race, culture, language, and socio-economics. My class is no exception to this. Fifteen of thirty students are English language learners and another eight have special needs with an Individual Education Plan in place. It is a privilege and joy to teach my students with a quality team of assistants and service providers.
