As a Special Education teacher, I teach co-teach with regular education teachers. Together, we put together lesson plans that will meet the needs of students in our classes with and without learning disabilities. As part of a well-balanced series of lessons, our teaching includes visual, auditory, demonstration, and kinesthetic (hands-on) activities. Unfortunately, there is no budget for the kinesthetic supplies, even though these activities tend to be the most effective and the most expensive.
