I teach 2nd Grade Reading Intervention in a low-income school district. My students are not often given the same opportunities as most other children should be allowed. They come from homes where learning is not a priority. My goal is to provide my students with a joy of learning. I want my students to be able to have experiences in life outside the community they have grown up in. I plan to make that possible through my teaching.
