The most amazing sound is a round of applause when a story is finished being read. The children in my classroom love listening and hearing new stories. They love going on new adventures with the same characters, and going on new adventures with new characters. They love learning new facts and building upon their schema. "Can you read another book?" a student says almost every day. Please help my students continue the love listening to books by funding our classroom with individual CD players and books on CD. If 4 kids a day can hear 1 or 2 books that's 20 extra books being read each week!
