My students range from 2nd - 6th grade. At our elementary school we use the Resource Room concept, which means I teach a very diverse population and the students are sometimes with their peers in the general education classroom. Our classroom is in a public K - 6 elementary school that is in a rural area. Our district has four elementary school buildings and a combined junior high and high school building. My students amaze me every day with their progress. Our goal is to include real world experiences into their academic and social learning.
