My students are 3rd graders in a Title 1 public school. For most of them, English is a second language. Over 85% of my students also receive free or reduced lunch and therefore come from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Seven of my students are identified as students with special needs. Despite all of this, they are an amazing bunch of youngsters who would light up your day with their curiosity and excitement for learning.
