The students in my class are living in a low income area of Moline. Most of the school population receives free or reduced lunch. They are all mostly Latino. Minority children, especially those from low income homes, and even more importantly Latinos, are extremely at risk for dropping out of school. My goal for Donors Choose is to help me get materials for my classroom that help make learning a little more fun and makes coming to school more enjoyable.
