While many children have access to the newest types of technology, most of my students do not even have access to the internet at home. In the past, technology at school consisted of going to the computer lab once a week. However, as technology advances, so too does our students' need for familiarity with it in order to thrive in the workplace. iPads might seem like a trivial thing, but they are a valuable educational tool. We would love to have iPads along with the cases to protect them. With the iPads, the students will practice phonics and math skills while we are doing centers through apps on the iPad. Students will also be able to listen to stories being read to them and work with QR codes to learn high frequency words. The cases will ensure the iPads work for years to come to serve many more students. Thank you for your consideration in providing technology tools for my students.
