Our school has gone from 37% to 65% free and reduced lunch in the last 7 years. The prices of supplies are something that our students can no longer afford on a regular basis. Our school is a very diverse population that ranges in ethnic groups and socioeconomic status. Our student body senators really want to give back to the school and community by supporting them with student activities. From helping them with obtaining basic necessities for academics or putting on fun events to get them excited about being a part of a community, the senators are constantly working at projects and initiatives that benefit the entire school.

About my class
