My classroom was once described by a student as the "United Nations Room" because of the numerous nations, races, religions, and neighborhoods represented. As an urban public schools, our school, like many others, is not able to provide all of the much needed resources to enhance our classrooms. While we are well supported in the community, with many wonderful families involved, there are still so many more things that we need! As an eighth grade teacher, it falls on me to provide my students with every possible resource available; everything that they need to be ready for high school, and beyond!

About my class
