There is an empty table in the corner. The students are optimistic that it is the future home of their technology center. Their plans are big! Ideas have been proposed and lists compiled. The tasks include the predictable - but the possibilities are limitless! Students have asked if they can create budgets, create presentations, make tables, charts and graphs, create models, complete classwork, and combine their science research. The answer to all is "Yes!" A set of Chromebooks will allow for small groups of students to practice skills, extend learning and learn how to work together on a project. Research and presentation skills will be honed as they apply math concepts to real-world situations. Your contribution will make a real difference for these students.
