My students are energized and excited by the wonders of the world. We are a hands-on thematic teaching school, where active learning and "being there" are the pathways to understanding and remembering these wonders. We cook, experiment, act out stories, and write about our experiences. Science, cooking, math, art, social studies, P.E., reading and writing are woven together in a memorable way, so students gain deeper understanding of the concepts they are learning.
