My first graders are superstars! They are happy, loving little "balls of energy" and are ready to set the world on fire. They all want to become better readers. They look forward to breakfast at school, praise for good work and deeds, listening to a story, hugs "just because" and the ability to use technology that is not afforded at home. My students are learning how important listening is to improving reading but we lack the materials to allow for them to listen more frequently. I want them to have every opportunity to be their best!

About my class
