I teach 50 bilingual students. We are a Title I school with a booming population that is stretching our limited resources to the max. Most of my students have free/reduced breakfast and lunch. Every year teachers try to accomodate student's learning needs by providing them with a variety of interesting lessons and activities that challenge them to reach their highest learning potential. Bilingual teachers often are faced with the challenging task of finding materials and resources appropriate for our English Learners. We find ourselves spending many hours creating activities in Spanish to meet our students language needs.

About my class
