My students attend a K-5th grade public elementary school. My students receive daily instruction in physical education from a licensed professional P.E. teacher. We test our students in the areas of flexibility, muscular strength, muscular endurance and cardiovascular fitness. Last year our students struggled the most with the muscular strength test. We need better equipment to help our kids get stronger.
