My students are curious, energetic, and inquisitive first graders. They love working in groups, listening to stories, and preparing classroom projects. Most of my students are on free or reduce lunch. Many do not have access to computers or Internet at home. They depend on school to do research and gather information on specific topics. They enjoy playing "teacher" and showing the other students how they solved the problem. They are eager learners and want to brighten their future in careers as doctors, cooks, lawyers, and secret servicemen. They have high tech learning ability in a low tech room.
