Using technology has changed the way I teach, how my students learn, and the way my students and I communicate. Each day I am faced with the challenge of teaching my students in the manner of which they learn best. Technology has been the most effective way to reach every student, in some way or another. Technology helps me plan and teach exciting lessons that keep my students actively engaged in the classroom. We use computers daily to complete classwork and use interactive games online. I love to capture my students, by camera, while working in small groups to complete projects. I also have found it beneficial to use a portable sound amplifier to keep the attention of my auditory, ADHD/ADD, and ESL learners.
