My second graders inspire me with their constant curiosity and strong desire to make our world a better place. I really can not describe how amazing my students are using 1000 characters because it wouldn't be enough. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to teach at my school. Even though many of our students come from a low socioeconomic status, this has not been an obstacle for learning. I am enthusiastic about instructional technology and believe that it can change the future of our schools. For this reason, I purchased 23 iPads to implement a 1:1 program where students would be able to take the iPads home to complete homework assignments. My goal is to provide each of my students with opportunities that will prepare them for our rapidly changing world and I will do what it takes to accomplish this goal.
