My third grade students are residents of a rapidly growing urban community in Georgia. They come from varied home lives ranging from single parent homes to homes where family members have become their guardians for one reason or another. Some students have no permanent residence but their parents are doing the best they can to provide a residence in nearby efficiency motels. Our school is a loving environment that provides as many extra-curricular experiences and educational opportunities for our students as possible.
