Many of my students have the opportunity to become the first in their families to graduate high school and attend college, but this opportunity many not be fulfilled if they don't know what they want to do with that degree. Many of these students come from high poverty areas, and are placed at this school for disciplinary infractions. The best way to turn them around is to get them engaged in school and learning, which will serve them for the rest of their lives.

About my class
