Special needs students need different ways to learn. We need to get hands on games and activities in our classroom to help our children achieve. Please help me educate children with different techniques to overcome their special needs and achieve success. I teach at a school that has predominately high risk, high poverty children. I teach 3rd-5th grade students that have special needs and disabilities which make learning a little more challenging. I want my students to have the opportunity to learn math concepts on higher levels and be exposed to a variety of techniques and tricks that help them learn the core skills needed.
