I have chosen each of the books and series with my students in mind. When I ask students about books they would like to read, many of these titles were mentioned and more titles just like these. Students will be able to choose books which will help them continue to enjoy independent reading time. These books will enhance the print-rich library that I strive to create. My library is a place where my students love to come to relax and fall into a world of reading. I want to give them books that they will enjoy reading and become excited about. I want to open up their minds to the world around them through reading.
