These children attend a public school and are in a Title 1, pre-k classroom. They bring bright smiles and warm hugs to school every day; they are a joy! Many of the children live in homes where neither parent has earned a high school diploma and the family income is at or below the poverty level. Most of these children are experiencing a developmental delay. And some of our children face the challenge of speaking English as their second language.
