My scholars are excited, adventurous, and eager. The scholars in my classroom are diverse and looking to learn as much as possible while they are in school. Our scholars consists of pre-k through 5th graders around 500 students. We are a Title I school where sometimes students aren't given access to all of the tools that can help them become more successful scholars. My scholars are most excited when we have found a good book to get lost in, whether it is during read aloud, shared reading, or independent time. Reading is something that we take very seriously in our classroom and we take every opportunity to "read every chance we get!"
