Our school is a 6-8 school with a population of about 350 students each year. We are a rural school on the outskirts of Kansas City. Our school has a large enrollment of students with severe autism, these students love coming to art and getting to do something with their hands. This project will allow all students the opportunity to experience art on a totally different level. This project would enhance students drawing and observation skills tremendously. These projects would also support Grade Level Expectations 6-8 allowing students to create outstanding works of art.
