We are adorable Delaware first graders who are eager to become better mathematicians. Many of us have special learning needs in our class. We attend a title one school where 68% of our students receive free or reduced lunch. Many of us are struggling to keep up with the rigorous curriculum. In addition to our core instruction, we now have access to DreamBox Learning - an online elementary math program that raises student performance and confidence. We are engaged and love math. From the second we log on we are hooked. At the current moment, we have to borrow headphones from the other first grade classrooms in order to ensure each of us has access to the program. With your funding we would have the ability for students to keep their headphones in a secure, labeled individual bag, in a box in the classroom.
