Technology is a great way for students to explore and learn from the internet. The chromebooks that I am asking for will be used for exploration, educational videos, reading lessons that can only be done on computers, and for learning how to type. Technology is all over now and children of all ages are expected to know how to use it. Teaching my first graders how to use a computer to type, look things up, or just to explore is one thing I would love to be able to give them. My students will be able to complete reading projects and search the internet for writing projects that we work on throughout the year.
