Hello! If you were to walk into our classroom you would be welcomed by 20-25 smiling faces, but it might take a second for them to notice you're there. You see, half of them are sure to have their nose in a book (even if I'm teaching), and the other half are writing raps or poetry. You would be astounded to see the creativity that comes from their child-sized brains and the wisdom in those big brown eyes. You would also be amazed to see the broken chairs they sit in and the worn out and ill fitted clothing they wear. I have the wonderful opportunity to spend 7 hours a day with 20 of the most talented, intelligent, powerful children. Help me, help them read their goals. Your donations help them overcome the challenges life has handed them. With your help, the only thing holding them back are the limits of their own dreams.
