My students are a mix of grade one and grade two special education students. They have many learning needs and building independence and creating an organized learning environment is crucial to helping them be successful. Our school is a public school and part of the New York City Public School System. We have very limited funding to provide many materials our students need and it is difficult for our students and their families to provide school supplies for themselves.
