My school is in a progressively growing rural community with total enrollment in Pre-K through 5th grade of a little over 600 students. The town population is approximately 66,881, with 17 elementary schools in the district. The diversity at our school comes from the economic levels with approximately 48% of our students receiving free and reduced lunches. I teach in a self-contained third grade class. I have twenty-six students.
