In my third year of teaching, I feel so much has changed. Not only am I more confident of how to do my job, I have a better grasp of what my students need to be successful in school, college, and life. My fourth graders are eager and motivated. It seems at times that all that is missing for them is the correct tools to get them to their next step. So many of my students come in on different levels, ranging from kindergarten to eighth grade reading levels, and I must find a way to teach them all. These children inspire me daily and I feel so fortunate to get to know them all.
