Kindergartners Rock! Give a group of awesome kids, a chance to read and write in comfort. Our classroom community is based on mutual respect by example, through literature, and through classroom discussion. My students feel safe at school and are excited about learning. They love story time because each student can make a personal connection to the stories. Daily, students have the challenge to draw and write about their feelings during journal time. The students enjoy sharing their writing and thoughts with peers. As a group, we problem solve any situations that arise in our classroom environment. Kindergartners are creative problem solvers.
