Students have access and use technology at home and school. Screen time has increased so much. Hands on activities have decreased. With these Lego sets, my students will have a chance for some hands on building activity. I plan on using the Legos in small groups with challenges for the students to work on. Students will plan what to build, explore and model their ideas. After sharing what they have come up with, they will then have a chance to go back and revisit the challenge and evaluate how they did as well as revise and change their solutions. Students will be acting as engineers.
