Fourth graders at Mills Park Elementary are fascinating. They are high-achieving students who require a hands-on, inquiry based classroom that allows them to be the master of their own learning. Often times, it is difficult to show 'growth' - therefore, there are several challenges for the teacher. My fourth graders need exciting, project-based, real world learning in a collaborative, dynamic, child-centered environment where all minds are challenged to be creative and innovative problem solvers.
