I teach Kindergarten at a Title I school. The students come from very diverse backgrounds and experiences. Most of my students qualify to receive free or reduced price lunch at school each day. Their parents are often unable to provide them with high quality reading materials at home. Although my students may not have many books to read at home, they are all so eager to learn when they get to school. I want to engage and excite them with every lesson that I teach so that their love of learning will continue to grow! I teach students of all ability levels and also have several ELL students in my class. I strive to be able to give my students the materials that will enrich their education.
