The students from my class work in a Title-I school. This means most students received either reduced or free lunch based on their parents' income. In my classroom, I teach multiple grade levels through the A.G.P. program. Although our high school graduation rate has been increasing, the age of the graduates is increasing, too. Reading and literacy are foundational skills that will increase success in the future. I want to know that when the students leave my room that they have been enriched in mathematics and enjoy learning new concepts!
