The students in my classroom are diverse to say the least. We range from students with special needs to gifted and talented students. Our community is growing rapidly and we are seeing a large increase in the population of students who are minority and also qualify for free and reduced lunch. Our school does not yet qualify for Title 1 funds, but we inch closer each year. Our school has just begun purchasing SmartBoards and in the next few years hope to have a board for each classroom.
