Donating these bean bag toss games and discs, you will be providing opportunities for my students to participate in intramural type activities during our WIN time. WIN is an extra period of the day that provides our students with time for extra help, intervention, grade rehab, or enrichment.This equipment will help us provide a variety of activities to offer for those students who, despite their challenges, are not struggling academically. Not only will this equipment provide an non academic alternative for WIN, but it will also offer opportunities to our students who might not excel at more traditional sports. This physical activity might be the only opportunity for them to get moving during the day. Also, if they are not in the more traditional team sports this will foster the development those team working and sportsmanship skills so necessary for a well rounded adult.
