Many students in my kindergarten classroom will be starting their very first school experience remotely. Kindergarteners are energetic, imaginative, joyful and inquisitive. The goal of this project is to harness their young energy and playfulness by providing hands-on remote learning opportunities. Kindergarteners learn through play and by interacting with the world around them. Included in this project are tools and reusable materials for multi-model learning opportunities. My kindergarteners will learn letters and sounds by forming Play-doh/foam letters, matching upper case/lower case cards, sorting letter magnetics, writing in salt trays, painting and much, much more. Also included are sheet protectors and cardstock which will provide durable at-home skill practice. My hope is by providing active, hands-on experiences, I will build excitement for learning that grows throughout their lifetimes! We appreciate your consideration and support.
