My students are in a self-contained Autism classroom in one of the communities public high school. These students spend all day with us and do not go into general education classes. Their abilities range from non-verbal to being able to communicate and read on their own, but still very limited compared to their peers. Some of our students have very limited things that they enjoy and we work hard to expand their learning by introducing them to new interest areas and also by using the ones that they already have to learn from.

About my class
