These materials will make a great difference in my student's learning. All students deserve to walk into a classroom and feel that it is beautiful and welcoming. Students will notice as soon as they enter the reading intervention room that reading can be a time to get cozy and comfortable and enjoy a good book. Hopefully they will feel valued and value their reading time in an area that is worthy of them. It is heart warming to see a child's face as they enter the reading intervention room and are amazed by how welcoming it is, this makes them feel at ease and excited about the work we are going to do. The reading intervention room is an area set aside to help the students who are reading below grade level. This is a place for them to grow and learn in a small group setting. Students need to look forward to coming to their reading intervention group and these beautiful new materials will certainly help.
