Moore West Jr. High has approximately 700 students, in 7th and 8th grade, from all different ethnic backgrounds. It is part of the Moore Public School System, which is a suburb of Oklahoma City. Last year, Moore West became a Title 1 school and the entire staff has placed a large emphasis on literacy. We work very hard to excite the students about literature and engage them in learning.

About my class
